We are proud to share that our talented students Aksh Rai (Class 12 C) and Gaurav Raikwar (Class 12 C) have had their poems selected for publication in the prestigious poetry anthology “Drums of Dawn”, Volumes 2 and 4 The anthology has also been awarded an ISBN number marking this as an officially published literary work. This accomplishment reflects the creativity, expression, and literary excellence of our students, and we congratulate them on this remarkable achievement.
The Students of Classes XI&XII science attended the webinar Veer Gatha 5.0, a nation wide initiative launched by the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Education, Government of India. Two Gallantry Awardees Retd. Col. Mehar Singh Dahiya (Shaurya Chakra) Retd. Major. Rakesh Sharma (Shaurya Chakra) inspired with their real stories of courage and reminded them of the Army Motto – Naam, Namak, Nishan – that represents the three highest values a soldier protects. Naam (Name) – Honour of the nation and regiment Namak (Salt) – Loyalty to the nation they serve Nishan (Identity/Flag) – Pride in the national flag The purpose of the session was to build a spirit of nationalism, courage and patriotism. The project encouraged the students to learn more about the bravery and sacrifices of soldier who protect our country and ensure our safety and freedom.
On 13th October 2025,an awareness programme on Architecture and town planning was conducted for the students of classes XI & XII science stream. Architects are professionals who use their creativity and technical knowledge to design buildings that are safe beautiful and functions for all of us.

On 11th October, 2025 thirty three (33)students along with their teachers, went on an educational trip to the Grenadiers Regimental Centre (GRC), JAK and Signal Museum. The visit aimed to enhance the students’ understanding of the Indian Army and its glorious history. The JCO (tour guide) explained in detail about the various arms and ammunition, the history of different regiments, and the awards and decorations of the Indian Armed Forces. Students also witnessed an impressive Pipe Band Display and even got an opportunity to showcase their own skills. Their curiosity was addressed through an engaging interactive question-and-answer session, where they clarified their doubts and learned many interesting facts. Overall, it was an enriching and memorable experience, and the students noted down important points to deepen their knowledge and awareness about the Indian Army.
The Annual Prize Distribution of Christ Church Boys' Senior Secondary School was held on 6th September 2025 in Robinson Hall, graced by our Hon’ble Bishop and Chairman, The Rt. Rev. Ajay Umesh James, Chief Guest Brig. Ritesh Behl, Madam Jyoti Behl, dignitaries, and proud parents. The celebration began with the School Hymn and a delightful welcome dance by Nursery students, followed by captivating performances – Wings of Hope, Beyond the Battlefield, Tribal and Patriotic Dances – and the vibrant KG presentation Rhythm of Health, which drew great appreciation. The English play You Are Enough, choir renditions, and Christ Church Got Talent mesmerized the audience. Our Principal, Mrs. L. M. Sathe, presented the Annual Report, and the Chief Guest felicitated the prize winners, praising the programme’s creativity ,discipline and brilliance. The event concluded with a powerful note of gratitude, celebrating the spirit of excellence, creativity, and pride that define Christ Church Boys’ Senior Secondary School.
Elocution Competitions of 2025 unfolded with remarkable zeal, providing young orators a vibrant platform to express their thoughts with eloquence and confidence. The series began with the Sanskrit Elocution on 6th August for Classes VI to VIII, Hindi Elocution on 7th August for Classes VI to XII. On 8th August, the English Elocution witnessed spirited performances from Classes VI to X. The Senior Elocution on 10th September further highlighted the students’ intellectual depth and oratory skills. The winners were awarded certificates during the school assembly by the Principal Mrs .L.M.Sathe.
Teachers’ Day was celebrated with great respect and admiration on 4th September 2025 during the morning assembly. The programme was organised to honour the invaluable contribution of teachers in shaping the lives of students. The celebration began with the Prefect Council greeting our respected Principal, Mrs. L. M. Sathe, along with all the teachers, with roses as a mark of respect and gratitude. This was followed by a short skit presented by the students and a heartfelt message expressing their appreciation. Two students, dressed as a male and a female teacher, symbolically represented the entire teaching fraternity — a gesture that deeply touched everyone present. Soft, soothing music played in the background, creating a warm and reflective atmosphere. The programme concluded with a short prayer, leaving everyone with a sense of gratitude and inspiration.

On 21st June 2025, Christ Church Boys’ Senior Secondary School, Jabalpur, celebrated International day of Yoga with great enthusiasm. Under the inspiring leadership of our respected Principal, and the active involvement of dedicated teachers, the event turned into a vibrant display of unity and wellness. Guided flawlessly by our skilled Yoga instructor, 347 students enthusiastically performed various asanaas. Dedication in practice leads to excellence not only on the mat but in all aspects of life. The day was a true reflection of discipline, mindfulness, and collective energy.
Christ Church Boys’ Senior Secondary School, Jabalpur, actively participated in the Poshan Abhiyan – the flagship initiative of the Government of India aimed at improving nutritional outcomes for children. The school organized a week-long awareness campaign to promote the importance of good nutrition and healthy eating habits among students and the community. Through a series of activities such as informative assemblies, poster-making competitions, and interactive sessions with health experts, students were educated about balanced diets, the value of locally available nutritious food, and the long-term benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Special emphasis was placed on combating malnutrition and anaemia, especially among school-going children. Teachers integrated nutrition-related themes into classroom discussions, and students took part in preparing healthy tiffin ideas. The school also encouraged parents to participate through virtual sessions and awareness messages, strengthening the home-school partnership in promoting wellness. The initiative reflected the school’s commitment to the holistic development of its students, aligning with the vision of Poshan Abhiyan to build a healthier, stronger nation through proper nutrition.
Installation of the Prefect Council – 2025 On 22nd April 2025, the school witnessed a momentous occasion — the Installation Ceremony of the Prefect Council. Following a rigorous selection process, the ceremony proudly inducted the newly appointed student leaders into their respective roles. Held on the school premises, the event was marked by a vibrant display of the School Flag and House Flags. The highlight of the ceremony was the oath-taking, where the School Captain, House Captains, and Prefects solemnly pledged their dedication and commitment to their duties while holding their respective house flags. The ceremony reflected the spirit of leadership, responsibility, and integrity.
An orientation program was conducted on the 19th of March 2025 for the students of class X. This program was organized and conducted under the guidance of our principal Mrs.L.M.Sathe. The main objective of the orientation program was to guide the students about the relevant streams and the subject combinations they could opt for in class 11. The students were advised to choose their subjects based on their interests, strengths and future career goals and to make decisions based on their own interests and abilities rather than falling prey to peer pressure. The students were also informed about a new skill- subject introduced in class 11 on “Design, Thinking and Innovation” that would help them to prepare for the future challenges and opportunities. Another important aspect which was highlighted at the orientation program was on their regular attendance in school which will benefit them both in academics and extra curricular activities. The orientation program was a great success setting a positive and encouraging tone for the students.
On 10th of February 2025 our school had the privilege of participating in "Pariksha Par Charcha," an engaging event conducted by the Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. This initiative aimed to address the challenges faced by students during examinations, focusing on stress management, mental health, and the importance of maintaining physical fitness.

The Annual prize distribution of Christ Church Boys Senior Secondary School for the year 2023-24 Was held on the 7th of September 2024 with Dr. and Dr. Mrs. Parvez Ahmed Siddique as the Chief guests. The events hosts cultural activities which are the central attraction of the occasion besides the distribution of certificates to the Rank holders for General Proficiency in their respective classes. Our School choir and the boys from Nursery to Senior School put up a fabulous show that was much applauded by the parents and guests both. The School Annual report was read by our Principal Mrs.L.M. It is a matter of pride that our students namely Akash Rai of Class-XI, Ansh Bhojak of Class-IX and Kashyap Mishra of Class-10 participated in the M.P State Tourism Quiz Competition held in Bhopal on the 26th of September 2024 in Minto Hall Bhopal. Out of 55 districts of M.P our school performed extremely well and secured the 6th position. In the District Level held at MLB School, Jabalpur out of 265 schools our schools stood First.

The 2nd Lt. David Devadason, Vr.C Memorial English Debating Competition took place on Thursday 15th August, 2024, at Robinson Hall, Christ Church Boys' Senior Secondary School. This long-standing tradition brought together students from Christ Church Boys' and Girls' Senior Secondary Schools to debate the topic "Over dependence on the allopathic system of medication will be detrimental for mankind." The Christ Church Girls' Senior Secondary School team, comprising Rushali Ram, Pragya Mishra, Manvi Mujumdar, and Sanvi Pyasi, presented compelling arguments in favour of the motion. Meanwhile, the Christ Church Boys' Senior Secondary School team, consisting of M. Abhishek, Jeffiel Kuriakose, Satyamedh Pandit, and Prodyumna Sen, delivered strong counterarguments against the motion. An esteemed panel of judges, comprising Col. Dr. Virinder Singh Kohli, Lt. Col. Himanashi Singh, and Advocate Narendra Chauhan, evaluated the arguments presented. After intense deliberations, the Christ Church Girls' Senior Secondary School team emerged victorious, claiming the coveted trophy. Manvi Mujumdar was adjudged the best debater, while M. Abhishek and Sanvi Pyasi shared the runner-up title. It was a seamless and engaging experience for all the participants and august audience.

Vikram Sarabhai Science Foundation (VSSF) , conducts SPOT assessment examination, annually for school students with aptitude to determine their conceptual knowledge and understanding of science across disciplines . The exams are conducted in two phases. This year two of our students Aarav Davey and Mohammed Aamir secured position in the SPOT100 (Final)- 2024. A workshop on the subject of "Development and associated problems in adolescence "was organized at the Robinson Hall of Christ Church Boys' Senior Secondary School on 30th November, 2023.The event was facilitated and chaired by the Principal Mrs.L.M. Saathe. The workshop commenced with the introduction of the guest speakers by Mr Shahzad Salim. The guest speakers were Dr. Mudit Agrawal, Dr. Sonika Agrawal, Dr. Sarita Badlani, and Dr. Nancy Sahu. They shared their views on the ongoing changes in students' mental and physical development during their adolescent period. Dr. Agrawal raised awareness about diseases caused by excessive use of mobile phones, while Dr. Sonika Agrawal actively interacted with the students and enlightened them on depression and its effects on mental and physical health. She also shared some common symptoms of depression. Dr. Badlani emphasised on the dietary habits and changing lifestyles. while Dr. Nancy Sahu presented her views on the role of society and family in the physical and mental development during the adolescent period. The students of Christ Church Boys' Senior Secondary School also sought solutions to their concerns from the doctors. present at the Robinson Hall.
